  • Product Warranties:
    Garments having manufacturing defects / deviations from the signed off Tech Packs should be reported within 30 days from delivery. We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose beyond standard industry practices or the agreed tolerance levels.

    The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ASHBAYET disclaims liability for inaccuracies, interruptions, or third-party content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
